How do I book one of your bouncy castles.

How much do your castles cost to hire.

We have many different inflatable products and these vary in costs due to size and design. Please refer to the bouncy castles page for our prices.


How far in advance can I book

You can book online 24 hours in advance of your event. However please book as early as possible to avoid disappointment, we may be very busy during school holidays.


Do you require a deposit.

We require a 50% booking fee to secure bookings. Payable by debit/credit card, bank transfer, PayPal. Your deposit is a non-refundable booking fee covering the administrative costs we incur in processing your reservation.


Is there a cancellation fee.

  • Hirers may cancel bookings by giving a minimum of 14 days notice.
  • Bookings under £200 If the hirer cancels giving 14 days notice, the booking fee will be retained but the hiring charge will be refunded. If less than 14 days notice is given, the hire will be subject to 50% of the remaining balance.
  • Bookings over £200 If the hirer cancels giving 14 days notice, the booking fee will be retained and the hiring charge will be refunded. Cancellations within less than 14 days will be liable for the whole hire costs.
  • Cancellations for adverse weather situations will NOT be refunded. Cream Castles will not cancel a booking due to adverse weather conditions. The decision rests totally with the hirer, unless severe winds above 24mph are forecast. We will also not be able to set up in torrential rainfall.
  • Cancellations to bookings for adverse weather conditions by yourself or Cream Castles are given four weeks from the original booking date to re-book any assets, after such time booking fees can NOT be transferred. You can move the booking date ONCE within any four week period, subject to assets being available. In such event the assets are unavailable, we will allow like for like assets to be chosen.


Do you deliver outside Rotherham area.

Yes, we deliver our inflatables to Sheffield, Rotherham, Barnsley, Chesterfield, Worksop,Doncaster and nationwide for event hire. We deliver free within a 10 mile radius, outside of this we charge a small fee. Please contact us for an accurate delivery quote.



How do I pay for a bouncy castle.

Booking fees are payable on booking assets and dates and deducted from your total balance. You can pay via debit/credit card using our secure world pay connection integrated into our online booking system. We can also take payment over the telephone, PayPal if you would prefer. The remainder of the balance is due 14 days prior to your event date. You will receive an email reminder with details on how to pay your balance.


Will you still come if it rains.

Our bouncy castles have built in shower covers which are sufficient for light showers, but very wet periods might make the equipment in-operational due to health and safety reasons. All our equipment is IP44 rated making the electric splash proof and can be used in light rain. The decision to cancel a hire rests with the hirer during wet and rainy periods.

How much space do I need in my garden.

You need to allow 5 feet at the front and same for the rear, and 3 feet both sides. A typical 12 x 15 castle will need an overall space of 18 feet x 25 feet. Please ensure your garden is clear for the castle to be erected.


Can it be set up on a slope.

No we cannot do this for obvious safety reasons but a slight slope may be possible so please get in touch to discuss.


Do you have public liability insurance.

Yes, we have public liability insurance cover of 5 million pounds.


What time do you deliver and collect.

We offer delivery and pick up times from 7am - 12 noon. You will be given a one hour delivery slot the day before your event. All our deliveries will arrive before 12 noon unless specified otherwise. We offer later pick up times for an extra fee. Overnight hire is available on some of our inflatables and our collections start at 5pm for all garden hires. Venue delivery and collection times are guaranteed up to 7pm.



Do I need to supply anything.

All we ask is a 240v mains supply within 50m of where the castle is to be sited. If the supply is further than this please let us know so we can discuss alternative power options. On delivery we ask you to read and sign our hire agreement, failure to do this will mean cancellation of the booking and we will not be able to go ahead with the hire. Everything else is supplied by Cream castles.
