Do you deliver beyond Derby?

A 50% booking fee is required to confirm your inflatable hire. This non-refundable fee secures the equipment and your date. The remainder is due 14 days before your Derby event, and we’ll send you a reminder email to help you stay on track.


Can I book online for a Derby event?
Yes – booking online is the easiest option. Just browse our products, choose what you’d like to hire, and click “Book Online” or “Check Availability.” You’ll get instant confirmation and your own reference number.


Do you set up at venues in Derby too?
Yes, we regularly deliver to schools, halls, and event venues across Derby. If you’re unsure about access or ceiling height, just contact us and we’ll help you pick an inflatable that fits the space safely.


Is overnight hire available in Derby?
Yes – we offer overnight hire for many of our inflatables. This is ideal for weekend celebrations. You’ll need a secure garden, two forms of ID, and a refundable deposit. We’ll provide care instructions on delivery.


What happens if it rains or is windy in Derby?
Light rain is generally fine, as most of our inflatables have shower covers. However, if strong winds above 24mph are forecast, we may need to cancel for safety reasons. Otherwise, you can still go ahead – but please be aware our usual cancellation terms apply.


What if I need to cancel my Derby booking?
If you need to cancel, please give us at least 14 days’ notice. Cancellations after that may be subject to full hire charges. We allow one reschedule within a four-week period for weather-related issues, subject to availability.


What time will you deliver and collect in Derby?
Our delivery times are between 7am and 12 noon, and we’ll give you a one-hour window the day before. Collection usually starts from 5pm, and we can accommodate later times for venue-based hires.


Is your equipment insured?
Yes – we hold £5 million public liability insurance. All our inflatables are tested regularly, cleaned after every hire, and set up by trained professionals to ensure a safe experience every time.


What do I need to provide on the day?
We just need a standard 240v power supply within 50 metres of the inflatable’s setup area. Please make sure the site is clear and accessible. If you’re unsure, just let us know when booking your Derby hire.
