How do I book a bouncy castle for an event in Leeds?
Just head to our website, choose the inflatable you like, and click “Book Online” or “Check Availability.” Once confirmed, we’ll send a booking reference by email. If you prefer, you can also call or email us directly to reserve your hire.
Do you only cover Leeds?
No – while Leeds is a key delivery area for us, we also serve surrounding towns and cities including Barnsley, Doncaster, Chesterfield, Wakefield, and Retford. We also offer nationwide event hire for larger bookings.
What kind of equipment can I hire in Leeds?

Can I hire inflatables overnight in Leeds?
Yes – overnight hire is available for many of our products. We just ask that your garden is secure, and we’ll need two forms of ID and a refundable security deposit. Perfect for weekend parties that go the distance!
Do you deliver to Leeds venues as well as homes?

What if the weather’s poor on the day of my event in Leeds?
Our inflatables include built-in shower covers for light rain, but in high winds (above 24mph) or extreme weather, we may need to cancel for safety reasons. In such cases, you're welcome to rebook once within four weeks, subject to availability.
What time do you deliver and collect in Leeds?
Our delivery window is 7am to 12 noon, and you’ll get a one-hour time slot the day before your hire. Collections start at 5pm. For venue hires or special requests, we’ll work with you to arrange suitable timings.
Do I need to pay a deposit for a Leeds booking?
Yes, we take a 50% non-refundable booking fee to secure your inflatable. The balance is due 14 days before your event. You’ll receive email reminders with instructions on how to pay.
Is your equipment tested and insured?
Definitely. All inflatables are cleaned, inspected and tested regularly. We also carry £5 million public liability insurance and our staff are trained to install and supervise our equipment safely.
What do I need to provide for setup in Leeds?
Just ensure there’s a 240v power supply within 50 metres of where you’d like the inflatable to go. The area should be flat, accessible, and clear of debris. Let us know if there are any access restrictions at your Leeds location.
Can you set up on hardstanding or artificial grass?
We usually set up on flat grass, but hardstanding setups can sometimes be arranged with sandbags (not outdoors!) or alternative anchoring methods. Please contact us in advance to discuss your Leeds site and we’ll let you know what’s possible.
