Safety is Our Priority
At Cream Castles, safety is our number one priority. All our inflatable assault courses are tested to meet EN 14960 standards and come with valid RPII or PIPA safety certificates. We also have £5 million of public liability insurance and are insured for licensed premises. Our friendly team will provide full safety instructions when delivering the inflatable obstacle course, ensuring a secure and enjoyable experience for all participants. You will also receive an email safety booklet filled with valuable health and safety information.
Flexible Delivery Options
We understand that convenience is key when it comes to event planning, which is why we offer flexible delivery options. Delivery is free within a 10-mile radius of our Rotherham assault course hire office. However, we also deliver to Barnsley, Sheffield, Doncaster, and Chesterfield. Our hire times are between 7am and 7pm, and during busy periods, we will allocate you a specific delivery slot. Rest assured, all our deliveries will arrive before 12 noon, unless otherwise specified. Collections typically start around 5pm, but we can accommodate earlier collection times if needed. For those who require an extended hire period, our obstacle/assault courses are available for late collection or overnight hire for an additional £50 (terms and conditions apply).

While our inflatable assault courses are perfect for outdoor events, we also cater to indoor bouncy castle hire throughout South Yorkshire. Our obstacle courses can be set up indoors, adding an exciting twist to any event, regardless of the weather. So, whether you're planning an outdoor extravaganza or an indoor adventure, Cream Castles has got you covered.
Additional Services and Requirements
Please note that we do not hire on any hard surface outdoors without drilling and anchoring to a solid surface. For hard standing outdoors, a minimum of 163kgs per anchor point must be used. We provide a drilling and anchoring service for a charge of £30. If you have artificial grass, it can be pegged down using the same process as ordinary grass. Rest assured, we take all necessary precautions to ensure the safety and stability of our inflatable assault courses.
