Very good price, clear and easy to understand instructions for both delivery and collection. Arrived on time and was set up really quickly. Collection was also on time. It provides great fun for a garden party for the kids (and adults)! Would defnitely recommend Cream Castles and would use them again no problem.

I hired a bouncy castle for my daughter's birthday party at a local village hall and Cream Castles just made everything so easy and stress free. Booking online was a dream- so easy, straightforward and clear. I got multiple emails with information, reminders, instructions and detailed documents with everything I needed to know. With each communication, there were also clear channels to contact people if I had any questions, which I did. I just sent them a quick WhatsApp and all my questions were answered quickly and professionally without any hassle at all. The day before my booking, I got another informative email with the estimated time of delivery and collection for the bouncy castle. The lovely delivery man was ten minutes early- he was so polite and friendly, really efficient and helpful. Everything was done for me and I didn't need to lift a finger. He was even able to adjust the pickup time on the day. Just a fantastic company that I would highly recommend and will be using again. You can find cheaper bouncy castle hire out there, but these make sure your day goes off without a hitch and are worth every penny. Thank you!

Excellent communication from the start. Arrived early morning to set up. Very professional and a speedy set up. They took time to go through how to operate the disco dome and Penalty shoot out. They also advised us on the safety. All inflatables were clean and undamaged, they looked brand new.
Massive thank you to Becky who came to assist who helped out massively with games and keeping all the children safe and entertained.
Highly recommend and we will definitely be using cream castles in the future.

Booking the soft play was straightforward and the lady I spoke with on the phone (who helped me with the internet booking) was really helpful. Drop off and collection was quick and easy and the service very flexible.

if it wasn't for cream castles I wouldn't have had a party for my 5 year old son!! they took on my late booking at 9pm at night for 12 the next day after having another firm cancel at last minute! the lady was extremely helpful and I'm forever thankful!!

The Disco Dome was brilliant catering for the younger children as well as the more energetic teenagers at my daughter's 18th party who were dancing early into the following morning. The staff were lovely. Definately will use again and highly recommend .

Thank you very much for being reliable and hard working (the lady who did the face painting and balloons) . My jessicas 3rd birthday flowed so well from start to finish, the timing of the face painting and balloon modelling was brilliant and she really grafted bless her! She didnt want any child left dissapointed and she really delivered. My daughters tiger painted face was amazing and all kids were happy.

The castle and soft play worked great together and heavily recommended for young children around 3-5 years.

Id also hired peppa pig guest apearrance from another entertainer which also slotted in perfectly but this isnt something cream castles do and thats understandable.

Party couldnt have gone any better so thanks for the great time keeping and pass my thanks to the amazing woman who did the face painting and balloons.

Simply Outstanding, I had a course for 20 young people teaching them teamwork and i needed an activity that needed to be exciting, enjoyable and challenging. We had the bouncy castle/face painting/disco/balloon modelling package yesterday for my son and daughter’s birthday party. It was absolutely brilliant. Beckie and the team were fantastic. They were on time both setting up and leaving the venue and couldn’t do enough to make sure all the kids had a great time. Beckie did the best face painting I have ever seen, all the kids absolutely loved it, and the balloon models were also fantastic. Thank you Cream Castles!

Friday night, 7:30 as a group at the local cricket club we decided it would be a great idea to have a bouncy castle at the following days match, which was also a family BBQ. So I contacted cream castles and got a very quick response, excellent service and more than willing to help us at such short notice. The castle was delivered on time by two chaps who set the castle up and did a great job promptly. The kids really enjoyed the superhero castle we had. Again collected on time and packed away promptly by the two helpful guys. Overall excellent, professional company and people, we will certainly be using them again for future events. Took my 3 to the "schools out" event at Treeton. The mascots were amazing and my eldest was mesmerised by Iron Man, all mascots interacted with the kids even poor Spider-Man got a bashing from very excited children. Lots to do for them and very well put together. Look forward to the next one.

We have just had a soft play gold package with bouncy castle. This also had face painting, balloon modelling and glitter tattoos ! Iggle piggle made a fantastic guest of honour that had sword fights with the children's balloon swords !!! They absolutely loved it and the ages were from 1 to 15. I would definitely use cream castles again, they are very friendly, helpful and on punctual. We were advised of any issues along the way. Prepare to be busy as there were a few people taking your number... well done cream castles for helping our boys have a fantastic birthday party

We had two ladies from Cream Castles come to my daughters 5th birthday party today. To do face painting, glitter tattoos and balloon modelling - they were fantastic, really friendly and great with the children. The face painting was great and the balloons were the best I have seen anywhere. All the other parents commented that they'd never seen such incredible balloons! Cream Castles made a donation to the Rotherham Hospice to have a bouncy castle at a charity cricket day hosted by Rotherham Town Cricket Club at Clifton Lane.
