What time will you deliver and collect?
We typically deliver in Mansfield between 7am and 12 noon. You’ll receive a one-hour delivery slot the day before. Collections usually begin at 5pm, and we offer flexibility for venue bookings or overnight hires.
What if the weather is bad on the day of my hire in Mansfield?
We operate in light rain – most of our inflatables have shower covers. However, for safety reasons, we cannot install if wind speeds exceed 24mph. In such cases, or if you decide to cancel, you may rebook once within four weeks, subject to availability.
Do I need to provide anything on the day?
Just a standard 240v power supply within 50 metres of the inflatable setup point. Please ensure the site is flat, clear of debris, and easily accessible. If you’re unsure about anything, just ask us when booking your Mansfield hire.
Can you set up on hard surfaces?
We usually install on grass, but some inflatables can be set up on hardstanding with the use of sandbags or specialist fixings. Let us know in advance if your Mansfield site isn’t grassed, and we’ll discuss what’s possible.
