How do I make a booking in Worksop?
Booking with Cream Castles is quick and easy. Just browse our range of inflatables online, choose the one you like the look of, and click “Book Online” or “Check Availability.” Alternatively, you can get in touch by phone or email to reserve your date.
Do I need to pay anything when I book?
Yes – we require a 50% booking fee to secure your hire. This is deducted from the total and is non-refundable. The remaining balance is due 14 days before your event in Worksop. For bookings over £200, the same terms apply.
What happens if the weather is bad in Worksop?
Light rain isn’t usually a problem, as most of our inflatables have built-in shower covers. However, if high winds or very heavy rain are forecast, you may choose to cancel under our standard weather policy. If wind speeds exceed 24mph, we may be unable to proceed with setup for safety reasons.

What time will my inflatable arrive?
We usually deliver between 7am and 12 noon, and you’ll be given a one-hour window the day before. We also offer later collection times, and in some cases, we can accommodate venue-specific times.
Are your inflatables safe and insured?
Absolutely. All Cream Castles equipment is cleaned and tested regularly, and we have £5 million public liability insurance. Our team is trained and certified to ensure everything is set up correctly and safely for your Worksop event.
What if my garden isn’t flat?
We can set up on slightly uneven surfaces, but steep slopes aren’t safe for inflatable use. If you’re unsure, contact us and we’ll be happy to assess your Worksop garden or venue to advise.
