Our inflatable equipment is all in brand new condition and is kept as clean as humanly possible. We clean our equipment after every hire but we also deep clean at monthly periods. We use a powerful petrol jet wash to remove any built up dirt and get the units looking shiny and new.
We also use D10 cleaner and sanitiser on our equipment which is used in food preparation areas, kitchen surfaces or medical facilities where cleaning and disinfectant is required simultaneously. The solution contains surfactants which target and destroy micro-organisms living in both soft and hard water conditions.
Safety is something we take very seriously at Cream Castles and we run to strict HSE bouncy castle regulations. Including proper anchorage on solid surfaces by drilling and bolting the units down. Stringent testing and risk assessing of our equipment so the units comply with bs en 14960 standards. This year will see all of our inflatables use the PIPA tag system, which gives you all details of each unit online on the PIPA register.

RPII Accredited
Cream Castles take health & safety very seriously. Bouncy castles are immense fun but set up incorrectly could be very dangerous. This is why all our personnel is trained and accredited under the RPII. All Cream Castles personnel undergo a training course and exam which has to be passed to obtain the RPII accreditation.
