📋 Important Access & Setup Requirements

The Waverunner is a very large and extremely heavy commercial inflatable. Suitable access is essential, so please check the following requirements carefully before booking.

✔ Minimum 4ft (1.2m) clear access width for the entire route from our delivery vehicle to the setup area

✔ The complete access route must be flat and level and suitable for transporting a very heavy inflatable using a commercial trolley

✔ The setup area must be reasonably close to where our delivery vehicle can safely park. Due to the size and weight of the Waverunner, we cannot transport it over long distances

❌ No steps anywhere along the access route

❌ No narrow or tight access

❌ No steep slopes or unsuitable access routes

✔ A suitable, flat grass surface for installation and anchoring

⚠️ These access requirements are essential. If the Waverunner cannot be safely transported from our vehicle to the setup area, we may be unable to complete the installation.

If you're unsure whether your access is suitable, please contact us before booking and send photographs of the complete route from the delivery vehicle to the proposed setup area.

💧 Water & Power Requirements

As a large water attraction, the Waverunner requires suitable access to both power and water throughout the hire.

✔ One standard 13amp plug socket within 50 metres of the setup area

✔ Access to a hosepipe connected to a suitable water supply

✔ The hosepipe must be long enough to reach the Waverunner setup area

✔ A continuous water supply must be available throughout the hire

The Waverunner features a large splash landing area which needs to be filled with water before use. Please ensure the hosepipe and water supply are available when our team arrives to install the inflatable.

Please note: Access to a suitable hosepipe and water supply is required for all Waverunner hires.
