Delivery and Safety
When you hire a Disco Dome from Cream Castles, safety is our number one priority. Our friendly team provides full safety instructions upon delivery, ensuring that everyone can enjoy the experience without any concerns. As an added convenience, we offer free delivery within 10 miles of our Rotherham bouncy castle hire office. However, we also deliver to other areas, including Sheffield, Doncaster, Barnsley, Worksop, and Chesterfield, for a nominal fee.
Hire Times and Collection
Our hire times are between 7am and 7pm, and during busy periods, we will allocate a delivery slot for your convenience. Rest assured that all deliveries will arrive before 12 noon unless specified otherwise. When it comes to collection, we start at 5pm but can arrange for earlier collection if needed. If you're planning an overnight event, some of our disco domes and disco castles are available for late collection or overnight hire for an additional fee (terms and conditions apply). Additionally, Cream Castles can cater to indoor bouncy castle hire, ensuring that your event runs smoothly regardless of the venue.
Important Outdoor Hire Information
For outdoor hires on hard surfaces, we require drilling and anchoring to a solid surface for maximum safety. A charge of £30 applies for this service. If you have artificial grass, it will need to be pegged down using the same process as ordinary grass to ensure stability during use.
