Delivery Information
We deliver across Sheffield, Barnsley, Doncaster, Chesterfield, Worksop and surrounding towns such as Wakefield, Retford and Mansfield.
Garden deliveries take place between 7am and 12 noon, and collections start from 5pm in delivery order. Venue hires include guaranteed delivery and collection up to 7pm. Later delivery requests can be added to your booking notes.

Deliveries
Delivery slots are allocated the day before your event, once our routes have been planned.
If your party is at a venue we will gaurantee your required delivery/collection time.
We can deliver/collect outside of our usual delivery/collection times. If you require a delivery/collection between 12 noon and 6pm, please add this to the notes section when booking online.
Delivery is free within 10 miles of our office, please send full postcode for an accurate delivery quote.
We deliver our inflatables to Rotherham, Sheffield, Barnsley, Doncaster, Worksop & Chesterfield.
Health & Safety
All our inflatable equipment is maintained to the highest standards and cleaned between every hire.
All our inflatable equipment have a valid safety PIPA test certificate.
We carry £5 million public liability insurance available on request.
Our safety booklet on safe operations and all the do's and dont's is sent to you by email before your inflatable hire goes ahead.
Our experienced and friendly staff will give instructions on how to safely operate your bouncy castle on delivery.
Please allow twenty minutes for our team to properly erect and secure your inflatable castle.
Everything is supplied with your inflatable on delivery, including electric cables, pegs, blower & safety mat.
Hard Standing
We always prefer to hire on a grass surface. However, we can erect our inflatables on hard surfaces. Due to strict health & safety legislation we can only hire our inflatables on hard standing if we drill and bolt the inflatable down. The surface needs to be solid concrete or smooth Tarmac. We cannot drill loose gravely Tarmac ground.
163kgs is needed per anchor point to comply with HSE legislation. On a typical bouncy castle there are 6 anchor points. Bolting to the ground is the only safe way to achieve the desired anchorage.
