Deliveries
When you book the Inflatable Whack-A-Mole Game, your delivery slot will be confirmed the day before your hire once our routes have been finalised. For events held at a hall, school, or corporate venue, we guarantee your requested delivery and collection time so everything runs smoothly. Garden hires are usually delivered between 7am and 12 noon, with collections from 5pm onwards, but if you need a specific time between 12 noon and 6pm, simply add this request when booking online. Delivery is free within ten miles of our base, and we regularly serve Sheffield, Rotherham, Barnsley, Doncaster, Worksop and Chesterfield, with quotes available for further afield.
Health & Safety
Our Inflatable Whack-A-Mole is cleaned and inspected between every hire, and like all our inflatables, it meets the highest safety standards. We hold valid PIPA test certificates and carry £5 million public liability insurance, which is available on request. Ahead of your booking, we’ll provide a safety booklet that covers everything you need to know, and on delivery, our friendly staff will run through safe use instructions. Please allow around twenty minutes for our team to fully set up and secure the inflatable, ensuring it’s ready for hours of fun. All the necessary equipment, including blowers, mats, and extension cables, is supplied as standard.
Hard Standing Surfaces
Although we recommend hiring on grass where possible, the Inflatable Whack-A-Mole Game can be set up on hard standing if required. To comply with health and safety regulations, inflatables on concrete or smooth tarmac need to be bolted down securely, as 163kg of weight per anchor point is required. This isn’t possible on loose gravel or broken tarmac, so please check your surface before booking. Our team will advise you on the safest option to ensure the inflatable is stable and secure for the duration of your event.
