🌅 6:00 AM — Early Starts & Route Planning
Our day begins early at the yard. The first job is to load the vans and double-check every single item:
We carefully plan our delivery routes the night before so we can hit every event on time — whether it’s a birthday party in Rotherham or a large corporate fun day in Sheffield. A smooth day starts with smart planning.
🚚 7:00 AM — On the Road to Events
Once everything’s loaded, our drivers set off in fully equipped vans. Every inflatable is strapped securely to stay clean and damage-free.
Often, multiple vans are out at the same time — covering birthday parties, school fairs, weddings, and corporate bookings. Traffic can be unpredictable, but we build in extra time to make sure your event runs like clockwork.
🏗️ 7:30 AM — Set-Up Time
This is where the real work begins. On arrival, our team:

🏁 5:00 PM — Pack Down & Return
At the end of your event, we come back to carefully deflate and pack everything away. Each inflatable gets:
Pack down usually takes 20–30 minutes, and then it’s back to the yard for the final step of the day.
🧽 9:00 PM — End-of-Day Clean & Prep
Every inflatable is cleaned properly with antibacterial solution and dried overnight to keep it fresh and ready for the next hire.
