📋 Important booking notes

• A 50% non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your date (deducted from the final balance).

• Please include your preferred venue delivery and collection times when booking.

• If we are unable to meet your requested venue times, a full refund will be given.

• If part of the setup is unavailable, we may be able to swap equipment — please contact us for assistance.
