Im going to try and give you some ideas to give your kids the biggest smile on their birthday. Creating the best children's birthday party will need some good planning.
Running my own bouncy castle hire business in Sheffield. I like to think I have some good knowledge of the best children's entertainment. So read on for some of the best ideas I have seen from working in the children's entertainment business.
Children's Party Planing
Children's party planning comes second only to wedding planning on the stress scale. However, a well structured and organised plan will take away the stress. Feeling organised is a great way to help relax and have fun whilst party planning.
Make a list of the steps you are going to take from start to finish to organise your child's birthday party. You could use free printable party plan templates to make the task much easier. Writing lists is a huge help if you aren't necessarily the organised type.
You could always involve your birthday boy or girl here in the party planning. Although some of you may want the best birthday party ever to be a nice surprise.
Okay, so now we need to fill up that list but don't jump right in here. Take out some scrap paper and do some brain storming for ideas. There's a load of activities for kids these days and we want to be unique with our ideas.

A village hall, pub, club or school gymnasium is a perfect party venue and can be very low cost. You could choose a hotel function room for something a little upmarket.

Our inflatable assault course is by far one of my favourite inflatable products to date. The inflatable obstacle course can be connected together to make it a whopping 80 feet in length. There's tunnels, mangles, pop up posts and slides to negotiate when tackling this beast of an assault course. Birthday Party Guests
Obviously the guest list is going to include siblings, relatives and of course friends. However, keep an eye on the numbers you are inviting. Bigger here is not aways better and a smaller group will be easier to manage and a closer knit relationship between all the guests invited.
There's a rule of thumb that the number of guests, should be the age of your child plus one from age three years. Try to invite even numbers so that if you are playing any games nobody is left out. The number of guests will depend on the activity you choose to do. So try to bear this in mind in the planning stage.
You will need a good number count when preparing invitations. Send out invitations at least three weeks in advance. This gives you plenty of time to get an average for how many are going to attend your child's birthday party. To create the best birthday party ever! You will want the best party decorations ever. Balloon decorations are a fantastic way to jazz up a venue and create a fantastic party vibe. You could dress your party venue with chair covers and sashes, table cloths and table runners to add to the party feel.
There's lots of balloon decorations you can add, starting with table centrepiece balloons. These simple balloon centrepieces look fantastic when placed around a party venue on individual tables. You could get really creative too adding a balloon arch in the party theme of your choice.
